Delivery Information

We process all orders within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Finland – 2 to 5 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs, and carrier delays.

Shipping costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Free shipping is available for orders over a specified amount (shown at checkout).

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at info@fortailsandwings.com with your order number.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase!
If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

  • Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return process:

  1. Email us at info@fortailsandwings.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.

Important Notes

  • Returns sent without prior notification may not be accepted.

  • We do not take responsibility for packages lost during return shipping.

  • Please keep your return tracking number until your refund is confirmed.
