Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order.

Return conditions

Returned items must be:

unused and clean
free from pet hair, dirt and damage
in resellable condition
returned with original packaging when possible

Please inspect and try products carefully before use.

Returns

If you would like to return a product, please contact us before sending the return.

Please include:

your order number
the product name
the reason for the return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using Posti or Matkahuolto parcel services with tracking.

Exchanges

If you need another size, please contact us before returning the product.

Exchange process:

Contact us with your order number and requested size.
We confirm product availability.
Send the original item back to us.
After inspection, we ship the replacement item.

If the new item has:

a higher price → the customer pays the difference
a lower price → we refund the difference

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We cover the shipping cost of the replacement item for the first size exchange.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:

your order number
a description of the issue
photos if possible

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unclaimed packages

Unclaimed parcels are not automatically considered cancelled orders.

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, the original shipping costs, return costs and possible handling costs may be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned items have been inspected and approved.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
