Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply add your selected products to the cart and proceed to checkout.

After completing the payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.


Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may still be able to change or cancel it.

Please contact us as soon as possible by email or WhatsApp.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the parcel has been processed by the carrier.


Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently deliver within Finland.

Selected products may also be available for shipping to other EU countries depending on availability.


What are your delivery times?

Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days.

Delivery times may occasionally vary during holidays, campaigns or carrier delays.


Which delivery services do you use?

We mainly use Posti and Matkahuolto delivery services.

Orders are typically delivered to a parcel locker or pickup point when available.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs €4.90.

Orders over €49.99 qualify for free shipping.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a product?

Yes. Unused products can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.

Returned items must be:

  • unused
  • clean
  • free from pet hair, dirt and damage
  • returned in resellable condition

Please contact us before sending a return.


Who pays for the return shipping cost?

For standard returns and size exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost or provide separate return instructions.


Can I exchange a product size?

Yes. Please contact us before returning the item.

If the replacement product has a different price, we will confirm the possible price difference before shipping the replacement.

For size exchanges:

  • the customer pays the return shipping cost
  • we cover the shipping cost of the replacement item

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are processed after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

We support secure online payments through the payment methods available at checkout.

Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer’s location and device.


Is payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment providers.

We do not store full payment card information.

How do I choose the correct size?

Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.

If you need help choosing the right size, feel free to contact us.


Will the product colours look exactly the same as in the photos?

We aim to display product colours as accurately as possible.

However, colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
